At this time, we are only publishing authors based in the U.S., Canada, U.K. and Australia. This isn't because we aren't interested in books from elsewhere, though. We simply need to talk with our accountant about how to manage royalty payments to foreign authors. Thus far, there hasn't been a need to do that, but for the right book, we most certainly would!
